Payments, Cancellation & Refund Policy

PAYMENT TERMS:

Credit cards will be charged when reservations are made. If a 50% deposit is made to reserve the date, the balance must be paid at least 72 hrs before the reservation. We accept Visa, Master card, American Express, and Pay Pal.

 

CONFIRMATION:
All reservations are confirmed by email. 

 

WEATHER:
If the weather does not permit us to go out on the date you reserve, we will reschedule you for the following day or later in the week. 

 

GRATUITIES:
Gratuities are not included in the tour price. 

 

REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS:
No cancellations or refunds within 48 hours of the scheduled tour. Refunds on canceled tours before 48 hours will incur a 15% processing fee.

 

GROUND TRANSPORTATION:

We use a separate service for hotel transfers. If rescheduling occurs and a second ground transport is necessary, it will not be included and is the responsibility of the client to cover costs.
