Payments, Cancellation & Refund Policy

 

PAYMENT TERMS:

Credit cards will be charged when reservations are made. If a 50% deposit is made to reserve the date, the balance must be paid 72 hrs prior to the reservation if paying by credit card, or in cash before boarding the boat the day of the Tour. We accept Visa, Master card, American Express and Pay Pal.

 

CONFIRMATION
All reservations are confirmed by E Mail. 

 

WEATHER
If weather does not permit us to go out the date you reserve, we will get you out the following day, or later in the week. When Tours are booked a minimum deposit of 50% is required.

 

GRATUITIES
Gratuities are Not included.

 

REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS
No cancellations or refunds within 48 hours of service

Refunds on canceled tours prior to 48 hours will incur a 15% processing fee

 

GROUND TRANSPORATION

We use a separate service for Hotel Transfers and like a Taxi, if re scheduling occures and a second ground transport is nessisary, it will not be included and is the responsibility of the client to cover costs.
